CHRISTMAS MINI CAKES - VINTAGE STYLE

We have now released the image of our Christmas Mini Cakes for which we are running two workshops in November and December.  At the workshop you will decorate 5 of the rich fruit mini cakes with marzipan and fondant and then go on to create the beautiful toppings to include roses, Calla lilies, fantasy flowers and holly and berries.  The would make a beautiful Christmas gift for someone in an individual Gift Box.

CUPCAKES AND COOKIES - NEW WORKSHOP ANNOUNCED

We have just designed a new workshop for our spring and summer collection called GARDEN PARTY CUPCAKES AND COOKIES.  The image above shows some of the collection.  The large celebration cake is part of our CELEBRATION CAKE MASTERCLASS which we run on a private tuition basis - the one day class will teach you everything you need to know to create the most perfect larger cake including detailed instructions on how to create that perfect sharp edge and how to dowel and tier the cake for weddings etc.  For more details please visit our website to see the forthcoming workshop calendar and more details about our private tuition classes.

VINTAGE CUPCAKES AND NAIL ART DESIGN!!!!!

I thought you might like to see the brilliant interpretation of our Vintage Cupcakes Rose and Pearls design by Chichicho Nail Art Design - what a gorgeous match - they have captured all of the details of our design, including the tiny butterfly, the mini roses and the quilting.

VINTAGE STYLE DECORATED COOKIES

VINTAGE STYLE DECORATED COOKIES - If you love Cookies and you love Vintage then we have the perfect workshop for you.  If you would like to create the 12 cookies shown in this image, this is all part of our forthcoming workshop on Sunday 16th June.  Skills you will learn include Making Royal Icing, identifying the different thickness for piping, flooding, brush embroidery and using these techniques to decorate your cookies. THE CREATIVE CAKE ACADEMY - MINI CAKES - WEDDING COLLECTION

Here is a sneak preview of the new Mini Cake Collection we have designed for the forthcoming issue of Wedding Cakes & Sugar Flowers - April issue, which will be on sale from the 11th April.  They are in soft shades of coffee and ivory and provide a pretty alternative to a large celebration cake, especially if teamed with a top tier cutting cake.
