The workshop packs contain all of the detailed notes and
photographs used in our face to face classes together with a full break down of
the materials and pastes required by gram weight, colour and type of paste, and
also a full list of all equipment used. Each cupcake has its own set of
instructions and images, together with recipes for the cupcakes and the
buttercream.
