THE CREATIVE CAKE ACADEMY - MINI CAKES - WEDDING COLLECTION

Here is a sneak preview of the new Mini Cake Collection we have designed for the forthcoming issue of Wedding Cakes & Sugar Flowers - April issue, which will be on sale from the 11th April.  They are in soft shades of coffee and ivory and provide a pretty alternative to a large celebration cake, especially if teamed with a top tier cutting cake.

THE CREATIVE CAKE ACADEMY - MINI CAKES - THE FLOWER COLLECTION

Here is the new collection we have just designed for our Mini Cakes  - The Flower Collection workshops - the first workshop to run on Sunday 14th April.  

Mini Cakes are a delightful alternative to the cupcake and they feature highly on the list of alternative offerings for wedding and celebration cakes.  In this class you will learn a vast amount of cake decorating skills that will also help you become more accomplished in the techniques required to cover mini celebration cakes.

You will be working with freshly baked rich fruit mini cakes and the skills you will learn on this workshop include:

• Learning how to bake and level a mini fruit cake
• How to create a perfect cover of marzipan and fondant including a stem effect finish.
• Creating stunning sugar roses
• Finishing your cakes with pretty ribbon ties.

CHILDREN'S PARTY CUPCAKES
